What CyberArc collects through this website, where it is stored, and how to access or delete it.
Last updated: September 29, 2026
1. Who we are
CyberArc is the trade name of 17750692 Canada Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian corporation based in Toronto, Ontario. This policy covers personal information collected through this website.
2. Accountability
Our Privacy Officer is Yathavan Gopalakrishnan, Privacy Officer, 17750692 Canada Inc. You can reach the Privacy Officer through the contact form on this website.
3. What we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. To limit abuse of the form, we also store a one-way hash of your IP address combined with a secret value. We do not store the IP address itself. These hashes are deleted once they are more than 24 hours old; the deletion runs whenever the contact form is used.
4. How we use it
We use contact-form information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to engage us, to arrange that engagement. We do not sell personal information.
5. Where it is stored
Contact-form enquiries and the rate-limit hashes are stored in a Neon Postgres database hosted in the aws-us-east-2 region, which means this data is stored in the United States. This website is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests to the site, including IP addresses, in order to deliver it.
6. Retention
Our policy is to delete contact enquiries 12 months after our last contact with you, unless an engagement follows. Information connected to an engagement is handled under that engagement's signed agreement.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by sending a request through the contact form. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
8. Governing law
We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
